...to create and maintain a physical facility dedicated to accommodating the group gathering needs of 12-step organizations in the Tri-Lakes area.  The facility will provide a sanctuary where individuals, striving for personal recovery, predicated on the spiritual concepts and principals of 12-step recovery programs will have the opportunity to unite for fellowship, to conduct meetings, and to promulgate the message of recovery to those who continue to suffer.
